Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CoworkSphere https://www.coworksphere.com we aim to provide excellent service and flexibility to our customers. However, due to the nature of our coworking services, we have set the following refund and cancellation guidelines:

Booking Cancellations

  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking are not eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows or failure to use the booked service will be considered a completed booking and are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@coworksphere.com with your booking ID and reason for cancellation.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Any promotional, discounted, or special offer bookings are non-refundable.

  • Custom agreements or long-term plans may have specific refund terms as per the signed contract.
