What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment options, including:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Direct Bank Transfers (on request)

  • Wallets (where supported)

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the plan type and usage. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy or contact our support team for assistance.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, you'll receive an alert via email. You can retry the transaction or use a different payment method. For recurring plans, we will retry automatically up to 3 times.

Can I cancel a paid plan?

Yes. You may cancel a paid plan anytime from your account dashboard. Please note: some plans may have notice periods or restrictions depending on the package type.

Do you charge any hidden fees?

No hidden charges. The price you see is what you pay — all taxes and applicable charges are disclosed at checkout.
